Student Leaders must shun partisan politics – Albert Anum writes

In recent times, partisan politics has come to stay with student leaders across the various university campuses in Ghana.

It is very worrying and sad that student leaders have shifted focus on fighting for the best interest of students to appealing various political heroes.

Partisan politics is not inevitable, but the abuse of it becomes abysmal, especially in the execution of duties as student leaders.

I believe university students deserve more from leaders of their representative campuses, so leaders must up their game.

I want to use the medium to congratulate all Local NUGS President of the various campuses and also the National President of NUGS (Mr. Isaac Jay Hyde) for their relentless effort in advocacy and uncompromising service.
