NDC has no right to put the peace of Ghana at stake Rev. Emmanuel Asante

Immediate past chairman of the peace council, Rev. Emmanuel Asante says the National Democratic Congress(NDC) should not be allowed to put the peace of Ghana at stake.

He says leader of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), John Dramani Mahama has every right to disagree with the Electoral Commission(EC) on the declaration of the presidential results.

Rev. Emmanuel Asante says he deems it wise for John Dramani Mahama to seek redress in court instead of allowing people of his party to march on the street demonstrating against the government.

This act by the leader of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) has violated the peace pact signed by the president elect, Nana Addo and his opposition, John Dramani Mahama.
