The New Patriotic Party(NPP) has scheduled an Islamic thanksgiving which ought to take place today.
The thanksgiving which will take place in the central mosque at Abossey okai is to thank Allah for making Nana Addo and his vice Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia from the New Patriotic Party(NPP) victorious after the 2020 elections.
Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, national chief imam will lead the thanksgiving prayers after Jummah in the central mosque today.
The president-elect, Nana Addo and his vice president, Bawumia will also be in attendance during the event.
The party has also organized a Christian thanksgiving which ought to take place on the13th of December 2020.
