Multiple award-winning Gospel musician, Celestine Donkor has confirmed testing positive for Coronavirus otherwise known as COVID-19.
Speaking in an interview with Giovani Caleb on Showbiz360 on an Accra-based TV 3, the singer mentioned that she nearly died after battling the virus in December 2020.
The ‘Agbebolo’ hit-maker after confirming testing positive of the virus has cautioned Ghanaians to pay strict adherence to all the safety protocols.
She said;
“… Giovani, I tested positive for COVID-19 and it was not easy at all. I contracted the virus in December 2020 and that made me canceled all concerts I was billed for.”
Celestine Donkor noted that testing for the Coronavirus cost her a lot of money because she has to refund all the monies paid to her for performances.
“… it cost me a lot of money. I had to refund monies to event organizers for failing to honor the programs I was paid for”.
