Ghana Premier League club, Asante Kotoko has canceled their pre-season Dubai tour due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
According to the club’s Spokesperson, Moses Antwi Benefo, the decision to cancel the pre-season tour is necessary considering the effects of coronavirus.
“Looking at the Covid situation in Dubai, it’s a bit scary which we don’t want to endanger the health of our players. Another country management was looking at was Turkey.”
The Porcupine Warriors have resorted to camp in the Eastern Regional capital Koforidua ahead of the new season.
