The Ghana Police Service has begun the ‘Wear A Mask’ campaign ahead of its nationwide enforcement of Covid-19 safety protocol measures.
Recalled that President Nana Akufo-Addo as part of measures to curtail the spread of the deadly viruses has empowered the security forces.
On this background, the Ghana Police Service in compliance with the president’s directive is gearing up for a nationwide campaign dubbed ‘Wear A Mask’.

They have, therefore, strongly warned that citizens will not be spared but dealt with if found without a nose mask or face shield outside their homes.
In a tweet, it said
“Wear your face mask. Police have started enforcement.”

Ghana has recorded 679 new cases making the total increase to 3286 just after the Christmas and the new year celebrations.
