Ghanaian celebrity Efia Odo, real name Andrea Owusu has confessed in an interview that being a christian is no child’s play.
According to the actress, she is struggling noting that it’s not easy being a Christian in this polluting world.
Speaking to Franky 5 on Hitz FM’s ‘This Is Gospel’ show, Efia Odo revealed that her christian life journey began when she was just a teenager and also a member of a church choir in New York in the U.S.
Efia Odo who is also a TV presenter noted that she wanted to serve God geniuely but finding it difficult amidst the pleasures of this world.
The movie star added that she is constantly in fight with sin.
‘It was like I was lukewarm. My flesh and spirit were always fighting,” she Franky 5, host of the show.
“I am in love with Him but I am struggling. To live in this world that we live in now and to be a pure Christian, worshipping God in spirit and in truth is not something that is so easy to do,” Efia Odo continued.
However, the Instagram slay queen admitted she started “losing” the essence of being in church because she only wanted to prove to people that she was a good girl.
