Incumbent Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Lydia Alhassan has beaten John Dumelo to retain the seat for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Ghface.com can state that Maa Lydia has won the majority of the total valid votes were counted at the University of Ghana Business School.
The election results revealed that Lydia Alhassan secured a total of 39,851 votes while National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate John Dumelo had 37,778 votes.
