Ghanaian Dancehall Musician Shatta Wale, born Charles Nii Armah Mensah has been arrested by the Ghana police service over his fake gunshot.
The Ghana Police made the arrest of Shatta Wale known on their official Facebook.

His arrest is in connection with some false publication about an alleged gunshot attack on him in the late hours of Monday, October 18, 2021.
The police also said it has arrested two other persons connected to the artiste in this ‘fake shooting incident’.
The two others arrested are Kojo Owusu Koranteng and Eric Venator, according to the police they circulated the false information with regards to Shatta Wale being shot and the media also carried the story.
