A 52 year old lady identified as Abigail Rawlings Mawutor has allegedly claimed to be the daughter of former president, Jerry John Rawlings.
In an interview with SVTV, the lady revealed that her mom was the former president’s lover during his school days and had gotten her pregnant when he ventured into the military field.
She further revealed that Jerry John Rawlings told her mom to keep her pregnancy a secret because she was in school and that was how she came into the picture.
Abigail Rawlings Mawutor further revealed that she got to know the truth in 2002 but all efforts to reunite with her dad’s family proved futile.
She further claimed that actress Maame Dokono persuaded her with money and asked her to leave the country for feat that her life might be in danger.
As to whether her allegations are true or false, we are yet to find out form the family of the former president.
