Coronavirus: I’m afraid to return to Ghana from the USA – TeePhlow cries

Coronavirus has recently become a global health canker with several countries facing enormous challenges to contain the spread of the virus due to its dire consequences.

4,028 people have died so far from the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak as of March 10, 2020, 09:15 GMT.

There are currently 114,549 confirmed cases in 115 countries and territories . The fatality rate is still being assessed.

This has led to the postponing of several high profile sporting and showbiz events across the globe to avoid the spread of the virus including playing some football matches behind closed doors.

This possess a great threat to Ghanaian musicians as most have begin to embark on their tour to Europe and the USA.

Lukeman Baidoo aka TeePhlow, who is currently in the USA was asked in a recent virtual interview if he’s not scared about the dangers of the pandemic, he said

“I’m rather scared about coming to Ghana. Because our health sector is really ailing coupled with our poor hygiene and insanitary conditions. So I pray Ghana doesn’t get any coronavirus case”.

“When you compare the health sector in Ghana to the USA, you can see a vast difference. So containing the spread of the virus is better being dealt with in the USA”.

TeePhlow was speaking in a celebrity interview with Amansan Krakye via Radio Central in Cape Coast.
