Member of parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Samuel George claims dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale brought Ghana music to life.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Aba Anamoah, the MP said the dancehall artiste has created a pattern no artist has done in the music industry.
Samuel George said ,”What Shatta Wale has also done for the Ghanaian music industry is that he has created a certain movement, so , it is now the 1 Don, 1 Gad etc. Shatta Wale is a trail brazier”,
He continued ” When the guy was Bandana, we thought his career was dead. He had a beef with Samini and Samini murdered him, and the guy disappeared. Then the next thing we see is the resurrection”.
He spoke about how the rebranded Shatta Wale has been doing massively in the music industry and needs support from fans an Ghanaians to make it to the Grammys.
