The United Kingdom (UK) Communications Regulator Ofcom has sanctioned Loveworld Television Network, a TV station owned and operated by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome over his Coronavirus Conspiracy comment.

The popular Televangelist has alleged that 5G was the cause of the pandemic and that this was the subject of a “global cover-up,”.

But Ofcom in a statement Monday, May 19, 2020, said its investigations revealed that Pastor Chris’s statement is unsustainable, hence, the sanction.

Again, Loveworld News is also reported to have advocated “hydroxychloroquine as a “cure” for Covid-19, without acknowledging that its effectiveness and safety as a treatment was clinically unproven.”
