Sarkodie starts #FreeAkuapemPoloo campaign

Rapper Sarkodie, born Michael Owusu Addo has joined several Ghanaian celebrities to show solidarity to actress Akuapem Poloo following her conviction by an Accra circuit court.

Akuapem Poloo was yesterday convicted on her own plea after she was arraigned before court for releasing naked photos together with her son some months ago.

Well, Sarkodie reacting to the actress’s conviction humbly said he would want to plead with the law to pardon embattled Rosemond Brown.

He wrote;

“I think it’s a little harsh to separate a child from the mum just because of pictures taken … would want to plead with the law to pardon our sister Folded hands #FreeAkuapemPoloo.”

Other celebrities who have shown solidarity to Rosemond Brown include; Bridget Otoo, Efya, comedian DKB, and Kwame A-Plus.
