The reps of the suspects alleged to be arrested for fraud claim the publication by Citinewsroom.com is false and have no truth or fact in it.
On the 29th September 2019, Citi newsroom published news on some 10 arrested for fraud.
However, speaking to some individuals close to the suspects, they said there might have been a little miscommunication on the matter which was taken out of the contest.
The matter needed more scrutiny for facts before coming out to the public domain.
Its unfortunate due diligence was skipped and some media houses rushed in publishing the story.
Full details would be made available to the public after the right processes are dealt with.
