Legendary rapper Okyeame Kwame and his wife, Annica Nsiah-Appau have taken to social media to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary.
Okyeame Kwame in an Instagram post, wrote a beautiful message about how his wife had supported him from day one of his career and is still striving very hard to continue.
He thanked her for her love, kindness, concern and most of all, the love he had shown her during difficult and happy times.
