Derrick Safo Kantanka, popularly known as Amerado has been threatened by a caller for proclaiming himself as the best rapper.
This incident happened when the rapper was being interviewed on an Accra based Silver Fm on January 4, 2020.
Phone lines were opened during the interview so fans could send their shout out and this angry caller identified as Paul began to threaten the “Yete nsem” host for claiming to be best among all rappers.
He claimed there were better rappers in the likes of Strongman and Eno Barony and sees no reason why a ‘small boy’ like him would claim the ultimate title.
The caller threatened that he would stab the rapper if he ever came to Kumasi. He further went on to say he would gang up with others and beat the rapper if he dared step foot in the capital of the Ashanti region.
Amerado however after listening to the threats of the angry caller did not react but laughed it off.
