It has become obvious that most Zylofon Music signed artistes are struggling to get viral songs after joining the label. Self acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale cannot be excluded since “Gringo” couldn’t go viral like Taking Over, Kakai, Chop Kiss and other previous singles.
Award-winning singer Charlorson is therefore advising Shatta Wale to stop bragging about his wealth and money and focus on getting hit songs again to play more shows for Zylofon Music to get some returns.
Speaking to Wyse Brain on the Exposee’ Show the “Yesuolo” singer admitted Shatta Wale is the biggest artiste in Ghana but all is not well this year.
” I really respect Shatta Wale for his effort and hardwork in this industry. He has given hope to many of the upcoming talents and we all look up to him. My only problem is he brags too much about his money. Its about time he gets a hit song for Zylofon Music”, he said.
Charlorson who recently won hip life song of the year at Ghana Music And Film Awards in Ga Dangme/Ewe believes Shatta Wale is not the only rich artiste in Ghana and Ghanaians love him because of his back to back hit songs not his money.
” We all Shatta because of his creativity and hit songs. Wealth and riches may fade away but good songs will remain so my humble advice to him is he should give us more hit songs like we used to enjoy and stop displaying dollars on social media ” he added.
After winning the award Charlorson has released a new song titled “ATINGA” featuring Mara B and produced by King One-Beatz.
