The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has said the yet-to-be approved e-levy will not benefit ordinary Ghanaians.
He said the NDC party will continue to oppose the E-levy as long as it does not benefit the majority of Ghanaians.
He said;

“We are keeping a close eye on everything and will continue to do everything we can to ensure that Ghanaians benefit from every policy implemented in the country.” We don’t see how the e-levy bill will assist Ghanaians right now, and we will continue to fight it,” he stated.
Recall, Sammy Gyamfi, speaking to the press earlier, firmly promised Ghanaians that the bill will never be enacted if the NDC caucus believes it will bring difficulty in ordinary people’s life.
