Since its maiden event 12 years ago, honourees have included Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, Abraham Attah (Hollywood actor), Azumah Nelson and Michael Spinks (both boxing legends), Rev. Osei Kofi, Ibrahim Sunday, Kuuku Dadzie, Akwasi Appiah and Asamoah Gyan (all soccer legends), Captain Solomon Quainoo of Emirate Airlines, Hon.
