Central Region Music Is Lagging Behind Because We Are Not United – Neujay Cries

Fast-rising singer and rapper, Jude Max William Paakwesi Acquah, a.k.a Neujay has bemoaned that music from central region would have taken over the world by now if artistes were united.

Speaking to your finest online news portal akenkan.com, Mr Music as called by his fans said ;

“Division is what hindering central region music to go high.I believe that if Central Region acts were united their music would have been all over the world, just like how Tema people began with the likes of R2Bees, Sarkodie, D-Cryme, Yaa Pono etc, they were able to break through because there was unity amongst them”.

The “Pop It Up” singer also admonished that mainstream artistes from the region should support the up-and-coming talents to get up there.

Neujay has been active in the game since 2015 but became popular in the region in 2017 and was nominated for best new artiste at Central Music Awards which he lost to Patapaa. He has released songs like Borbor, PLAS, Emperor, among others.

He recently released an official video for his single “Pop It Up” and has a new single titled “Queen One” featuring Bra Charkie.
