Former Ghana’s AIDS ambassador, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah has claimed that Afia Schwarz is the most popular woman in Ghana.
In a social media post, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah said she conducted a survey and the survey even puts the self-styled comedian ahead of the President in terms of popularity and prominence.

“Based on my analysis and survey, Queen Afia Schwar is the most popular woman in Ghana.
She’s even popular than Ghana’s president that’s why everyone is looking for her trouble just to be relevant in society.
