American singer Beyonce has revealed why she featured Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and other African artists on her upcoming album.
The news is all over and people are asking many questions about how Shatta Wale got featured on Beyonce’s album “The Lion King: The Gift”.
According Beyonce in an interview, The Lion King is a letter to Africa and she wanted to find the best talent in Africa.
“The Lion King” is a letter to Africa and I wanted to make sure we found the best talent from Africa”, she said.
From what Beyonce said, it means Shatta Wale was seen to be part of the best act in Africa at the moment.
