Dancehall King, Shatta Wale has disclosed that Wendy Shay deserves the ‘New Artiste of Year’ at the upcoming VGMA 2019.
According the him, should the new artiste award in the upcoming Vodafone Ghana Music Awards go to a female, then it must be Wendy Shay

In a Facebook post spotted by Ghface.com, Shatta Wale shared a photo of Wendy Shay and wrote she deserves the New Artiste of the year.
It is not readily known why Shatta Wale is vying for Wendy Shay since he has a feud with Bullet, the manager of the songstress.
Another group of people thinks Shatta Wale is throwing his weight behind Wendy Shay because of Kelvinbwoy who happens to be from Stonebwoy’s camp.
