Actress Christiana Awuni says Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey must render an apology for her unguided comment against actors.
She threatened to stop acting should the Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey refuses to own up and needfully apologize.
It could be recalled that the Law-maker insulted all actors and actresses in Ghana over her ‘silly’ comment to John Dumelo.
She jabbed John Dumelo stating that a parliament house is a place for business-minded people and not for movie actors or celebrities.
Her comment has been seen as an insult to Ghanaian actors and actresses inciting those movie personalities do not qualify to go to parliament.
Against this background, there been several calls by prominent Ghanaians she apologized to the entertainers.
Christiana Awuni is the latest to join the call for the MP for Anyaa-Sowutuom constituency to them now.
The actress, thus, has threatened to stop acting in movies if Madam Bocthwey refuses to apologize.
