Madam Catherine Afeku, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture has won social media admiration with the dress she wore to the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) welcome party.
On Wednesday, November 22, 2018, the honorable minister Catherine Afeku stormed the AFRIMA welcome party in an eye-saw outfit that had set tongues wagging on social media.
The Minister who became the center of attention was originally responsible for welcoming guests from all over Africa to the AFRIMA.
In a brief description of her dress code, honorable Catherine Afeku wore a see-through black dress which shows the lower part of her legs and arms.
