Ghanaian musician Wendy Shay has revealed that no award is going to stand in the way of her friendship with dancehall king, Shatta Wale.
According to the musician in an interview with Sammy Flex on Zylofon tv, Awards are earthly things and she wouldn’t allow that to ruin her friendship with Shatta Wale.
This statement from Wendy Shay came when the host of the show asked her why she continues collaborating with the dancehall artiste when she gets constant problems during awards on that particular collaborated song.
She made it clear that she did not focus on the awards she will receive but the music she portrays to her fans and further revealed that when her time was due for awards, she will receive hers.
The ‘Uba driver’ finally revealed that there was more to gain in friendship than anything else and is ready to collaborate with Shatta Wale as many times as possible.
