Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama has promised free tertiary education a few days to the 2020 polls.
In a press release, the former president revealed his willingness to take full responsibility for tertiary fees if he is voted into power.
According to John Mahama, the People’s Manifesto launched by the party has already captured the free education for all qualified students.
The party came up with this idea to step up their game when they realized the leading party( NPP) had banter with them as to who implemented free SHS education.
